A merrowed border is the perfect finishing touch to classic shaped (circle, oval, square, rectangle, and triangle) patches. It is functional by providing protection to the edges of the patch and keeps the edges from fraying. It adds to the design by fully wrapping the edges with the thread color of your choice!
Using a hot cut border allows you to create any shape you want! This is made possible because the secret is heat! That’s right-heat is used to cut and seal the patch edges so that they can be custom created to perfectly fit your unique design. Please add 4 pesos per patch when ordering a Hot Cut Border.

Velcro Backings will enable your patches to be removed, changed or replaced without damage to the garmet or application. Developed by NASA, Velcro is the Ultimate in removable adhesion and has thousands of daily uses. You can order Velcro in 2 pieces cut to the shape of your patch design or just 1 piece that is adhered to the back of your patches. Please add 25% for 10-49 pieces or 44 pesos each for 50+ pieces of 2 piece Velcro added to your patches. Please add 15% for up to 49 pieces and 29 pesos each for 50+ pieces of 1 piece Velcro added to your patches.

Silkscreen Patches are the perfect solution for designs that are high in detail and do not require the traditional 3D texture. Screen Printing your patches is quick and easy and the delivered patch will be an exact match to your design. We recommend plastic or Iron On backings for Silkscreen Patches and a Merrowed Border will help them look more traditional if you so desire.
A patch that is 100% embroidered has a full, vibrant, and rich appearance! Even white space in your design that you choose to have embroidered instead of as twill makes a huge difference in the overall appearance of your patch! We can send you digital proofs both ways so you can decided what works best for you.
If you want the majority, but not all, of your patch to have embroidery then this is the ideal option! The portion of the patch not containing embroidery is twill and in the color of your choosing from the table shown below.
This option is ideal for simple designs, such as a name tag or another type of employee identification. The 50% of the patch that is not embroidered is made of twill in your choice of colors as displayed below.
